Make activity buttons static
The current design of the buttons 'swapping' with the previously selected activity could be drastically improved. It trades a single icon screen space for giving up the following features:
Having muscle memory for where each activity icon is. This is why springboard (iOS launcher) is useful, because you remember where the app icon is, and you tap it, without having to look at it. Without static icon placement, it takes an extra 3-10 seconds at every interaction of the app to start an activity.

As we add more activity types to BabyTime, we are considering providing an ordered arrangement of activity icons instead of the ‘swap’ approach we take now. They’ll still ‘pop’ up though, but when they return they’ll go back to their previous position.
We may also look to have activity names show for the currently selected activity for reinforcement.

Allow import of data from other baby tracking apps
Allow import of data from another baby tracking app to make switching to your app easier! This lets parents and caregivers use past data for averages and trends instead of losing all past data. Example app is Awesome Baby Tracker

Give average night sleep and average day sleep.
It would be nice to separate these averages so that I can see, for example that my son is sleeping on average 3 hour chunks at night and 1 hour chunks during the day. Maybe count 7pm-7am as night or allow user to set day and night hour based on their bedtime and morning wake up.

Edit what you see on screen
I stopped breastfeeding, but it still shows at the top how many hours ago I breastfed. I want it to only show when I last bottle fed her. Can you add the option to show only what you want to see?

Expand widget functionality to include starting activities
It would be great if we could view widget and immediately start a feed (for instance) from there. That way we wouldn't have to unlock phone screen and wait for the app to launch before we can start a feed. Obviously we'd need more information in the widget first, like which breast was last used, and which breast we're starting the new feed from. It would be great if we could choose which activities we're able to start from the widget too, separately from how we can already choose which activities we track in the app. Thanks!

Fix Bottle Feed Amount Selection
Right now, there are a few ranges (in metric measurements) where you just see 1...ml instead of, say, 115ml. It would be nice to not have to guess and check the amount entered.

Show 'time since last' on log screen
I often find myself asking questions like 'how long did she go after her 3am feeding last night?'
When looking at the log screen it would be nice to see the duration since last for each log entry so you don't have to do the math. 3am math is hard. :)

Better analysis/charts
On the app, it would be more helpful to see for instance how many ounces baby has had in the last week broken out by day. This applies to sleep amount, nursing, as well as diaper changes. More useful to see data this way vs. the current view of a total amount for the week combined into one number.

Record bath time!
Ability to record bath time as well as current set of standard activities. At the start when baby is very young (and this is probably when the app is most utilised - new parents and very young babies) we don't necessarily bathe baby every single night or at a specific "routine" time so this would be really useful to keep track of in my opinion.

Stop paused activities being finished when switching to another activity
Currently, if you're on a timer, and you pause it and then switch to another activity, the paused timer is automatically finished and reset.
We added this feature to make it quick to finish activities - we assumed that if you'd paused a timer and you moved away from it to another activity you were done with that timer. However, we're hearing from some users that they often pause a feed to go and change a diaper/nappy and then want to return to the feed and resume. But because the timer has been automatically finished, it can't be resumed.

Become available on Apple Watch
Would make life extremely easy to have available on Apple Watch do you don’t have to carry your phone from room to room if forgotten. Will also make it easy to do a quick check on how long it’s been between feedings, pumping, etc.
