Are twins supported?

Yes. To add another baby, tap the settings button at the top left of the screen, then tap Add Baby. You can add as many babies as you like.

After you exit settings by tapping Done, you can switch to your newly added baby, or to any other babies by swiping left on the baby name at the top of the screen.

Timers that you start for one baby will continue run in the background when you switch to another baby, so you can do simultaneous activities such as tandem feeding, or having one baby sleeping while another is fed or changed.
